Warning: This episode is for a more mature audience.
It is Part 1 of our two part discussion on British Comedies.
In this episode we discuss the boom of British humour starting in the 1960s to the 1980s.
From ground breaking shows such as "Carry On", "The Two Ronnies", "Are You Being Served?" and of course "Monty Python's Flying Circus".
We then look at the progression of humour into the 70 and 80s with "Fawlty Towers", "The Young Ones", "Only Fools and Horses" and so much more.
We also examine British "Naughty Words" and the differences between North American and British humour.
Also on the show:
- trivia (Thanks San Diego Sabers...YOINK!)
- listener feedback!
This has been a LONG time coming. We are talking about one of our favorite things in the world: The Robot Chicken Star Wars Edition.
What is the show's origin story? Who are some of our favorite characters from all three editions? What are some of our favorite sketches? Are we going to ruin your favorite sketches with poor imitations?
We hope you enjoy this very silly episode!
The Solo Trailer has finally dropped and we chat about what to possibly expect in the new movie.
We also discuss some of the other things that have excited us this month such as:
- David Benioff & D B Weiss are slated to write/produce 3 new Star Wars movies
- Deadpool 2 trailer
- Black Mirror (Netflix)
- Altered Carbon (Netflix)
- He-Man Pop Vinyls
